Enterprise4All, a national provider of practical training for individuals, small businesses and self-employed professionals, is celebrating a major milestone after achieving Expected Standard across all areas in its latest Ofsted inspection. The inspection confirmed that Enterprise4All met all five quality indicators, with zero areas flagged for Needs Attention or Urgent Improvement and safeguarding judged effective. This recognition reflects the organisation’s 15 month journey of transformation and work to improve it’s offering.
The new Ofsted framework uses a strict “secure fit” model, meaning providers must meet every criterion within a grade to achieve it, a significant shift from previous inspection approaches. Enterprise4All is one of the first providers in the Northwest to be assessed under this framework, making the achievement even more notable.

We welcome the clear next steps identified and see these as an opportunity to continue refining our provision.”
