Blackburn-Based Enterprise4All Secures New Government Funding Following Bootcamp Success

Enterprise4All, the Blackburn-based skills and training organisation, has secured additional government funding following the success of its recent AI and digital skills bootcamps delivered across multiple UK regions.

The new funding will support further programme delivery in areas including Cheshire, Warrington and Leicester, after strong learner outcomes and consistently high demand from self-employed professionals and small business owners.

The milestone marks a significant period of growth for Enterprise4All, which operates nationally while remaining headquartered in Blackburn - contributing to Lancashire’s growing reputation as a base for innovative, high-impact training organisations.

Founded to address the gap between theory-led training and real-world business skills, Enterprise4All specialises in cohort-based skills programmes that focus on immediate application, confidence-building and practical results.

“Our recent cohorts have delivered exactly what funders are looking for - real outcomes, real skills and learners who can apply what they’ve learned straight away,” said Malin Patel, CEO of Enterprise4All.

Securing additional funding is a direct reflection of that success. While the programmes themselves are delivered nationally, our growth as a business is rooted here in Lancashire, and that matters.”

Enterprise4All’s continued expansion supports local employment, supplier relationships and long-term investment in Lancashire, while positioning Blackburn as the operational hub for nationally delivered skills programmes.

Patel added: “Being based in Blackburn has been a strength for us. It’s where our team operates from, where our programmes are designed, and where we continue to invest as the organisation grows. This funding enables us to scale responsibly while maintaining the quality and human support our learners value.”

The organisation expects demand for practical AI and digital skills to continue rising as small businesses look for ways to improve productivity, innovate faster and remain competitive in a rapidly changing economy.
