Ilyas Munshi joined Enterprise4All as Chief Executive Officer in April 2008. In this role, Ilyas is committed to promoting enterprise culture and assisting start-up and established business support activity across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Ilyas has a strong commitment to the region and wants to ensure the best provisions are made for all communities through enterprise, employment and education opportunities.

Office Manager & PA to CEO

Farzana’s knowledge and experience of office practice ensures that Enterprise4all runs smoothly.  She developed this experience in similar roles for ELTEC, Enterprise plc and Fraser Eagle, and her expertise and opinions have been recognised at boardroom level. She holds a Management Diploma from Leeds Metropolitan University and has been central to establishing modern office systems, financial controls, human resource policies and procedures.

sarah williamsSARAH WILLIAMS
Business Support Officer

Sarah has nearly 15 years of experience working in the public sector alongside private sector businesses, including her own small manufacturing business. Educated to degree level in French and Marketing and qualified to practice as a PRINCE2 practitioner, she has recently branched out to run her own consultancy business, providing project management and bid writing expertise. Her current role at Enterprise4all is focused on administrating the ISUS and High Growth programmes.

roseminaROSEMINA MOHAMED
Business Administrator

Rosemina is the first point of contact within the organisation. In addition to managing the front desk, Rosemina supports the team with a range of administrative activities; scheduling adviser appointments, updating electronic systems, programme and office administration as well as providing support for events and workshops. Since being with the firm, she has completed her National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) training in Business and Administration (Level II) and is currently working towards achieving Level III.

Programme and Procurement Director

Sharon has over 35 years of experience working in the public, private and voluntary sectors, including work for local authorities and an agency specialising in social enterprise. Educated to degree level and qualified to practice as a PRINCE2 practitioner, she has run her own business on a part time basis since 1991, providing business support services to the voluntary and community sectors. Her current role at Enterprise4all is focused on business development, procurement and overseeing the management of internal projects.

Business Adviser

Howard has spent some 30 years working as a business consultant and adviser in both self-employed and salaried positions. Having initially qualified as a production engineer he soon moved into general consultancy.

For the last six years he has worked as an adviser providing advice, training and support for people setting up their own businesses across Lancashire. He is currently delivering the North West Development’s Intensive Start-Up Support programme in the Lancaster/Morecambe district. Howard is a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting and is also a SFEDI accredited business adviser.

amirAMIR SHAFIQ
Business Engagement Adviser

Amir is an enterprise development adviser with over 7 years of professional experience in the field of business support and in the hospitality, retail and banking sectors.  He has a strong track record of assisting and promoting companies within the North West and this is used to good effect in his current role.  Working on the Micro Business Support Programme (LEGI), he engages with BME businesses in Hyndburn, Burnley and Pendle, promoting business development workshops, network meetings and other support initiatives.
