HIGH GROWTH PROGRAMME

Although the programme has now come to an end, the same intensive coaching is now available for business owners and senior managers through Enterprise4All’s “Get Ahead Stay Ahead” initiative. This is backed by public funding that can cover up to 50% of the costs of support and, like the High Growth programme, it is aimed at businesses with realistic prospects for achieving significant growth. The Original High Growth Programme
The programme offered support to two categories of business. The 'Starting a High Growth Business' programme assisted new ventures while the 'Coaching for High Growth' programme was available to established businesses with a turnover of less than £10m.

The programme was led by the Winning Pitch and Enterprise4All was selected as one of the organisations chosen to deliver the support within the region. Having demonstrated their eligibility, companies could then request between 3 and 10 days of free coaching and mentoring support with regard to finance, marketing and a wide range of other important business disciplines.

Enterprise4All helped a large number of North West businesses through the High Growth Programme, addressing issues such as business planning, finance and developing effective marketing strategies. It did this through a strong team of highly experienced professional coaches with various fields of expertise - from marketing to manufacturing, healthcare to human resources. Many of these team members are now delivering similar support through the Get Ahead Stay Ahead scheme.
