DIRECTIONS

Approaching from the North
1. Leave the M6 at junction 31 and follow the A59 signs for Blackburn.
2. Continue straight on towards Blackburn through the first set of traffic lights, and continue through Samlesbury.
3. After a further mile or so you will come to another main set of traffic lights traffic lights with a filter lane bearing left, turn left onto the dual carriageway (Yew Tree Drive).
4. Continue along the dual carriageway until the first roundabout, take the second exit on the roundabout at Yew Tree Drive/Brownhill Drive (follow the signs for M65).
5. Go through some traffic lights, and at the traffic lights, just before the Big Grey Chimney (on the right-hand side), turn right into Philip's Road.
6. Proceed along Philip's Road to the mini roundabout, turn left into Blakewater Road.
7. Turn second left into Capricorn Park and then take first left.
8. Blakewater House is the building on the far right hand side (next to Optima).
9. Please use the car parking bays labelled '12' (situated at the front and rear of Blakewater House).

Approaching from the South
1. Leave the M6 at junction 29 or M61 at junction 30, onto the M65 for Blackburn.
2. Exit the M65 at junction 6.
3. Take the A6119 exit off the roundabout onto the dual carriageway (Whitebirk Drive).
4. Turn left at the traffic lights next to the Mercedes Garage into Blakewater Road.
5. Follow the road round, past Range. Turn second right after the NTL satellite dishes into Capricorn Park.
6. Take first left, Blakewater House is the building on the far right hand side (next to Optima).
7. Please use the car parking bays labelled '12' (situated at the front and rear of Blakewater House).
