SUPPLYING TO ENTERPRISE4ALL (NORTH WEST) LTD.

From time to time, Enterprise4All purchases goods and services from external bodies to help deliver its range of activities and we aim to achieve best value when purchasing these supplies. For the purchases of supplies up to the value of the current EU thresholds we have devised a simple registration process for businesses to apply to be placed on the supplier register. Being placed on the register does not oblige Enterprise4all to purchase from you, however it does provide us with a pool of pre-appraised suppliers who we can approach for more specific information should the type of supplies you provide be required by us either immediately, or in the near future.

We will assess your application and if successful we will place you within either one or a number of service areas. This will be decided according to your particular specialisms or product type so please provide us with as much information as possible. (You will be notified of our decision).

Once on the supplier register we may from time to time approach you to provide either a telephone or written quote for a specific piece of work or for a particular item, and, depending on the value this will be undertaken on a competitive basis usually against two other appraised suppliers from the same or similar service area. Again, no business or contract can be guaranteed after you have supplied these quotes.

Despite having a pool of pre-appraised suppliers we may still choose to approach other external companies to ensure we achieve best value this may be for example; because there are too few suppliers on our register in a particular service area, or that the relative high value of the contract indicates we undertake an open tender process.

One of the key aims of Enterprise4all is to support new businesses to grow so if you run a young business, please do not be put off applying. We take this into account when assessing your application. If you are not successful we can provide feedback and in some cases we can work with you to help you to be successful in the future. Nevertheless, please incorporate as much information as possible for us to make a decision on. Before applying, please look at the rest of our website, which will help you to identify the type of work we undertake.

There are two distinct supplier registers:

1. Goods: e.g. stationery, equipment etc.
2. Services: e.g. consultants, cleaning services etc.

To enable us to evaluate your application, please complete the relevant application form fully and return it with any supporting information to:

The Financial Controller, Enterprise Suite, Blakewater House, Capricorn Park, Blakewater Road, Blackburn, Lancashire. BB1 5QR.

1.  Goods: e.g. (currently closed to new applications.)

2.  Services: please note there are two categories:

i) Consultants: e.g. accountants, project managers, mentors, business advisers. (currently open.) Please request our Supplier Application Form here.
ii) Other Services: e.g. cleaning, catering etc. (currently closed to new applications.)

Once submitted, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your application. If you require any further information or if you have not heard from us after 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact the Financial Controller by telephoning 08456070786 or emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
