RAFIK ADAM

Rafik Adam joined Enterprise4All in June 2010 to head the Think Food & Drink Project, which is part of the regional Food & Drink Growth Programme funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Rafik has over 15 years of experience working in economic development and business support across East Lancashire and the wider North West region. He was the Economic Development Zone Manager at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for almost a decade, focussing on developing the key business parks in Blackburn. He also worked as a Programme Development and Delivery Manager at the NWDA. He is currently a Magistrate on the Blackburn bench, having been appointed in 2002, and is active in a number of social and community developments.
