zulf_aliZulf Ali was presented the Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion for 2008 which recognises him as an ambassador for SMEs in the North West and rewarded his work in support of companies across the region to upskill and access services to support and sustain success.

Zulf is staunch advocate of responsible and sustainable enterprise, seeking to share knowledge with others on the profound benefits of true corporate social responsibility and its positive impact on communities.

 

He has been a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year at the National Business Awards, Asian Jewel Awards and Tiger Awards. He has been described as an enlightened businessman who seeks wealth of knowledge as well as money with equal vigour. He also contributes his time to many good causes including the Kashmir Youth Project, Rochdale Development Agency and Rochdale Economic Partnership, and works as a school Governor.

For his day job he is CEO at Amara Group, Managing Director of Zentek Solutions and a Director of Sizzle Media. His business experience has seen his fair share of highs and lows. His enthusiasm is infectious and his vision for business to be the catalyst for change is absolute.
