Tahir Mohsan was born and educated in Blackburn and is one of five brothers.
In 1987, at the age of 16, he founded Time Computers, which went on to become Britain’s largest PC manufacturer with a turnover of over $750 million. He has retained an interest in the business to this day, having moved to Dubai in 2001 to develop the Time brand in the Middle East and South East Asia.





Phil has a thorough grounding in manufacturing, sales, distribution and international trade. A respected business leader, he has led operations and companies with a turnover of up to £65 million.
